Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. For all our local Perth customers, the current pick up suburb is Tapping. Just select the pick up option in checkout and we will send you the address and pick up details once your order is ready.

Do you have Afterpay?

We sure do! As well as LAYBUY

How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders are made and packed within 3-4 days of purchase (expect longer for all Custom Made candles and during Christmas, Public Holidays and sales, etc.) You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

How long will delivery take?

Please see our SHIPPING info for estimated delivery times. Please note, that there can be significant delays nationally due to floods/fires,

Do you ship Internationally?

We will be from August 2024

How do I care for my candles?

Please read our CANDLE CARE info page. We do send a brief candle care card with all candle orders. For more in depth answers, refer to our Candle Care section on our website.

Will my crystals be ok in the candle whilst it is burning?

All crystals are heat treated so they are fine to be near heat. Your crystals will be totally safe in the candle whilst its burning. The crystals will sink into the liquified wax and once the candle has been extinguished the wax will cover up the crystals, then when you burn it again they will re-appear. We do recommend that you remove the larger crystals before you first use the candle, to allow for an even candle burn. please read our CANDLE CARE for more information regarding removing the crystals.

What wax do you use?

we use 100% soy wax and cotton plant wicks. Free from all nasties and vegan friendly

Can I request custom made candles?

Yes, you can, See our Custom Made Candle section on our website. If you require something more unique to your situation, or advice on what to choose, please feel free to email info@ivyannerose.com.au

Do you sell wholesale?

We are always on the lookout for local businesses that would love to stock our crystal candles! We are currently only available wholesale to Australian businesses. For all stockist enquiries, email: info@ivyannerose.com.au Or fill out our wholesale enquiry form and we will send you our wholesale catalogue.

Do you use essential oils?

We do have essential oils, we only offer these for our custom-made candles and upon request. These candles will be a little bit more expensive (generally $2-3 more) depending on the crystals and oils used. Email us at info@ivyannerose.com.au for any requests
